Here are some shots of Minsky the clown in action in a custom clownesque costume. The idea was incorporate all things circus with an element of vintage.
The collar and cuffs were made from from vintage lace on a base of gold silk dupion, made easily removable with gold ribbon bows. I created a harlequin effect corset using blue,red,gold,green and cream silk dupion with an antique gold trim. The bloomers were made in the same colours along side a revamped bra with squirting flowers.
